Scaling for strict toes-to-bar will be strict, straight leg raises to L-sit. Goal here for TTB and pushups is to practice full range of motion, quality movement. Scale reps as needed.

B. For Time:

20-18-16-14-12 Deadlift (185#/135#)

12-14-16-18-20 Lateral Burpee Over Bar

The deadlifts should be a weight that don’t require a lot of rest between sets.
