Top of the box jump

Buddy WOD!
Shared burden, for time:

Run 1 mile (run together, but at one person must be running backward at all times)
then, with EMOM 2 Handstand pushups for the following three movements:
100 Wall Balls (20/14)
100 Power Cleans (135/95)
100 Partner Ball Sit Ups (20/14)
then, finish with:
Run 1 mile (same rule as first, with one person running backward at all times)

This one is for all my CrossFit ladies, and for all of the ladies out there who are thinking about starting CrossFit, but are scared, or are terrified of “bulking up”. ¬†This is for all of my boys who want to see some beautiful CrossFit women.
