100ft DB Waiters Walk
100 Single Arm DB Press
100 Cals AB
100ft DB Waiters Walk
100 DB Snatches
100 Cals AB
100ft DB Waiters Walk

50/35 DB RX
Alternate arms every 5 reps

Both the 100 DB reps and 100 Cals on bike must be completed before team can move to the waiters walk
Athletes can work on both the DB and bike at the same time as a team to complete both as fast as possible
