5 Clean and Jerks 135/95#
15 Squats w/MB 20/14
5 Pull-Ups

P1: Working
P2: Holding their med ball overhead with arms locked out straight
Once P1 starts their round P2 must hold MB even if P1 takes a break!
If P2 bends their arms from the locked position P1 must pause their round!
Switch any time.
