CFT family we will be honoring Jacob Morris on Thursday. This is also the day his celebration of life is taking place in Orlando, Florida. His family asked that all those who attend wear purple. I want to ask y’all if you are planning to do the workout on Thursday to wear purple for Jacob and his family. Community is what separates Crossfit from any other fitness platform. Let’s all come together and do the last workout Jacob ever did before undergoing heart surgery, he left this earth far to soon.
