Add 10# to your 1RM and take 90% of that, then calculate your working % for the sets below
Deadlift
5x 40% (warm)
5x 50% (warm)
3x 60% (warm)
3x 70%
3x 80%
3+ 90%
then
CrossFit Games Open 13.2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Shoulder-to-overhead (115/75 lbs)
10 Deadlifts (115/75 lbs)
15 Box jumps (24″/20″)
