8 DB/KB Squat Clean Thrusters 50/35# (KB 53/35#)
16 Burpees to a 6 inch target

** Each rep of DB Clean Thruster must start from the ground, DB head touches the ground
** Each Burpee must happen under the rig or rings and jump to touch 6 inches above outstretched arms/hands
