Workout of the Day
With a partner, while one partner Runs the 400m, the other partner gets as many reps as possible:
400 m Run
Front Squat 115/85
Burpee Pull-ups
Power Snatch 115/85
Slam Balls
HSPU

For example:
Partner 1 Run 400
Partner 2 Front Squat
Partner 2 Run 400
Partner 1 Front Squat

Partner 1 Run
Partner 2 Burpee Pull-up
Partner 2 Run
Partner 1 Burpee Pull-up

etc …
