5 strict pull-ups
4 burpee box jumps, 24-in. box
3 cleans, 185 lb.
Then, run 800 meters with a 25-lb. plate OH

25 OH squats with a KB bar (35/25)
100 m OH KB bar walk
25 OH KB bar press
*** every time the bar drops do 15 burpees each
