Front Squat
Find your 1 rep max.

Back Squat
Find your 1 rep max.
then
Bench Press
Find your 1 rep max.

Guidelines:
2 warmup sets then
3 @ 60%
2 @ 70%
1 @ 80%
1 @ 90%
1 @ 100%
1 @ add 5#
Rest 3-4 minutes between the heavy sets
