    Class Schedule

    We give you the flexibility to work out 7 days per week with times ranging from 5:30am through 7:30pm. Do you need to work out at a different time? Contact us if you can’t find a time that meets your needs

    Our CrossFit classes are available 6 days per week along with open gym on Sunday mornings. We also offer our Barbell club training Tuesdays and Thursdays. Between our flexible schedule at CrossFit Tidewater and the variety of classes, you’re always going to find a class that works for you.

    CrossFit:

    Monday – Wednesday: 5:30 and 9:00am, 3:30/4:30/5:30/6:30pm
    Thursday: 5:30 and 9:00am, 3:30/5:30/6:30pm
    Friday: 5:30 and 9:00am, 3:30/4:30/5:30pm
    Saturday: 8:00 and 9:00am

    Barbell Club:

    Tuesday 6:00pm
    Thursday 4:30pm

    Open Gym:

    Thursdays 4:30 to 5:30
    Sundays 9:30 to 11:30
